• Market snapshot data submitted for Cloud AI analysis, which may include symbol information, market prices, timeframe candles, ticks, spread, detected broker conditions, analysis settings, signal status and audit output.
• AI analysis outputs, including market bias, confidence, reason codes, workflow events and saved analysis logs.

• Information you voluntarily provide through support links or email communication.

AADRYX Cloud AI may receive market snapshot and app-state information needed to return AI-assisted analysis. This can include trading symbol data, timeframe candle data, tick or spread context, selected app settings, analysis request details and generated AI responses.

AADRYX is market-analysis and workflow software. Cloud AI outputs may be inaccurate, delayed or unsuitable for a user's circumstances. AI analysis is not financial advice, does not guarantee trading outcomes and does not remove the user's responsibility for trading decisions and risk management.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

AADRYX currently links users to Stripe checkout for paid plans. When you make a purchase, Stripe may collect and process payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms. AADRYX may receive information needed to provide your purchased access, such as your checkout email, plan, payment or subscription status, order reference and renewal or cancellation status.

7. When We May Share Data

We may disclose relevant data only where needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

• service providers supporting licensing, hosting, cloud infrastructure, AI analysis, security, app operations or customer support;
• Stripe or other payment providers used to process transactions and manage subscriptions;
• authorities, regulators, courts or professional advisers where required by law, necessary to protect rights, or required to handle a dispute or security issue; and
• a successor operator in connection with a lawful business transfer, subject to appropriate protections.

Third-party destinations you voluntarily open, such as Telegram support links or Google Drive download links, operate under their own policies and controls.

Users are responsible for securing their own device, email account, MT5 platform, broker account, passwords, API keys and internet connection.

Some service providers used to operate payments, cloud hosting, software delivery, AI processing or customer support may process information outside your country. AADRYX is trading-related software intended for adult users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children for use of AADRYX trading software. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal data should contact us.
